This is how the training works

Dedicated consultant

The system training begins with you being assigned a dedicated consultant who will follow the company from the first meeting onwards. Not a project manager who disappears after three months. A permanent point of contact who knows the company, its processes, and its people.

Weekly meetings

The training lasts for three months with weekly meetings. You will select a superuser team internally. They will learn the system module by module, in an order that suits your specific company.

Some start with Quality management because the auditor is coming. Others will start by project because that's where it hurts the most.

Homework

Between meetings, the super users are given tasks. Not because we like to assign homework, but because it's the difference between seeing a demo and actually knowing the system. When the super users work in Business Online from the first week, the knowledge sticks.

Sporadic follow-up

The consultant is available for questions throughout the period. If you need an extra meeting, you can arrange it. No extra cost.

Superusers will become the internal experts

We are not training the whole company. We are training those who will train the rest. The super users work with the tools they already know. Business Online is built on Microsoft 365, so the training doesn't start from scratch.

The super-users become the company's own experts on Business Online. They know how the system works, they know the processes, and they can answer when a colleague is wondering about something.

This means the company is not reliant on us to resolve day-to-day queries. And this means that new employees can be trained internally, by people who know both the system and the company.

What happens after three months?

The system training is complete, but the consultant is not disappearing. The consultant who guided you through the training is the same one who will continue with you. This means you won't have to explain the company anew to someone unfamiliar with you. For the first three months after the training concludes, you will have monthly follow-up meetings.

Still have questions, get an overview of functions you haven't used yet, or air things that aren't working as expected.

In addition, all customers have access to a Digital user manual with step-by-step guides and interactive videos. It is always up-to-date and covers all functionality in Business Online.

Tailored to your business

The system training follows the same structure for everyone, but the content is adapted. A company in oil and gas that needs quality management for ISO revision gets a different race than a growth company starting with CRM and
Project management.

If you only have one module, we will tailor the training accordingly. If you have the entire platform, we will go through it module by module in the order that provides the most value most quickly. You will decide the order together with the consultant in the first meeting, based on what the company needs most right now.
