The standard integrations follow the Connector and are set up according to your needs. We will go through which data fields are to be synchronised and how the data should flow.
Tripletex
The most established integration. Synchronisation of customers, suppliers, projects and contacts. Changes in Tripletex are sent to Business Online via webhook in real time.
Visma Net
Customer, supplier and project registers linked to Business Online. Changes are fetched via polling. Can be extended with quotations, products and inventory management as needed.

Which systems can be connected via Connector?
Tripletex and Visma Net are available to customers who need integration with one of these systems.
The connector uses the open API to push and pull data between Business Online and the accounting system. We set up the connection, and you pay a subscription for it.
If your system is not on the list, or you need data that falls outside the API's guidelines, we will check it and honestly inform you if customisation is required.
For automations with other apps, you can also use Zapier, via Business Online's open API. It's a self-service route you build yourselves, connecting BO to several thousand apps.
How much does it cost to use the Business Online Connector for integrations?
