Men et nytt system er ikke alltid det som mangler. Ofte er problemet bare at ingen finner igjen hva som er avtalt med kundene. Prosjektene er blitt flere, folk blir ansatt i fart, og en dag oppdager noen at de ikke aner hva som er avtalt med en viktig kunde. Tilbudet ligger i innboksen til \u00e9n selger. Oppf\u00f8lgingen ble lovet p\u00e5 telefon og aldri skrevet ned. Og da prosjektlederen sluttet i fjor, forsvant det meste han visste om kundene sammen med ham. Dette er voksesmerter. Helt normalt for en bedrift i fart.<\/p><p>Da kommer fort tanken om at &laquo;<em>Vi trenger et CRM&raquo;. <\/em>Ofte stemmer det. Hvem dere snakker med, hva som er avtalt og hvor langt en salgsmulighet har kommet. Det er adresseboken og salgsloggen, samlet ett sted alle kan se.\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/blockquote>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-148ab371 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"148ab371\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Det l\u00f8ser et reelt problem. I bedrift etter bedrift vi m\u00f8ter, ligger kundekommunikasjonen i private innbokser. E-poster, tilbud og avtaler som aldri blir delt, fordi de bare finnes hos \u00e9n person. Kunnskapen blir personavhengig. Et CRM rydder opp i akkurat det. Men de fleste rene CRM-systemene stopper der. Salgsfasen er dekket. Det handler om at\u00a0<strong>ingenting snakker sammen. <\/strong>Prosjektleder vet ikke hva som ble avtalt i salgsprosessen, og ingen har oversikt over kontraktene eller leverand\u00f8rene knyttet til kunden.<\/p><p>For de fleste begynner jobben f\u00f8rst n\u00e5r avtalen er signert. Det er der mange CRM-systemer slutter \u00e5 f\u00f8lge med, og det er der hullet sitter. Et m\u00f8nster som g\u00e5r igjen i bedriftene vi snakker med er at de har et CRM, men det har ingen kontroll p\u00e5 kontraktene, ingen oversikt over underleverand\u00f8rene, ingen historikk p\u00e5 hva som faktisk ble levert. Salget er dekket. Men\u00a0<strong>et nytt CRM l\u00f8ser salgsproblemet og legger samtidig til \u00e9n silo til.<\/strong> For en bedrift som allerede sliter med at systemene ikke deler data, kan det forsterke problemet det skulle l\u00f8se.
