It sets requirements for processes, document control, nonconformity management, and continuous improvement. It is the most widespread ISO standard in Norway, and often the first one companies certify themselves to.<\/p>\n<p>ISO 14001 is about environmental management. It requires the company to map environmental aspects, monitor environmental impact and work systematically to prevent pollution and improve environmental performance. ISO 45001 relates to the working environment and HSE, with requirements for hazard identification, risk assessment and employee participation.<\/p>\n<p>All three are based on the PDCA cycle (plan, do, check, improve) and follow the same basic structure (clauses 4 to 10). This means that they can be operated in one common management system. A requirement is counted as \u00abdirectly in BO\u00bb when the platform has built-in functionality that covers the requirement, and \u00abvia documents\u00bb when the requirement can be fulfilled by storing governing documents in QDMS. These are the areas where Business Online is strongest.
