WHEN AND WITH WHOM DOES THE APP SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?<\/h2><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>In Short:<\/strong> The App only shares information with Microsoft services necessary for its functionality. Your organization retains full control over their business data within their own Microsoft 365 environment.<\/p><p class=\"whitespace-normal break-words\"><strong>Cross-Border Data Transfers.<\/strong> As your data remains within your organization&#8217;s Microsoft 365 environment and our configuration data is stored in Western Europe, cross-border data transfers are limited.
